Camp Tanadoona, an outdoor escape that is just up the road. Camp Tanadoona is located in Excelsior, MN, a cozy community about 30 miles southwest of the Twin Cities. Since 1924 Tanadoona has been creating memories for youth along the shores of Lake Minnewashta. We have worked to preserve the natural landscape at camp while adding new program activities such as our climbing tower, high ropes course, archery range, and water trampoline.
