Creating an experience for your child that is nurturing, fun and enriching is a priority for all of us. We believe in the “power of nature” to awaken a child’s senses, curiosity, and desire to learn. This day camp experience will give your child an opportunity to gain a sense of empowerment as they become more self-aware and confident. They will also gain a sense of belonging as they make new friends and share quality time with caring adult mentors. Because Camp Sunshine’s Environmental Day Camp is inquiry-based, students gain a sense of individual accomplishment when activities lead them to discover new concepts; as they try new things they acquire new skills along the way.
