Since 1987 World Horizons established the benchmark for teenage cross-cultural volunteer service experiences. In 2001,World Horizons was written up in the New York Times as one of the best service programs for teens. World Horizons was also written up in Business Week magazine in August 2005, as a great service trip for teens. World Horizons organizes service trips lasting 2-4 weeks in locations both internationally and domestically where teens discover new views of their world, and of themselves. We are proud of World Horizons' strong reputation for reliability, safety and competence. Our trips balance service work, cultural immersion, sightseeing, and friendship, giving teenagers experiences of a full range of social diversity.
