Spring Ridge Academy is committed to creating success and excellence for young women in today’s world. SRA provides and preserves an intellectually, emotionally, physically, socially and spiritually nurturing environment. Young women are challenged with the opportunity to confront self-limiting beliefs, attitudes and behaviors, and to establish new and empowering beliefs, attitudes and behaviors that generate the development of academic mastery, emotional balance, leadership abilities and life skills. Spring Ridge Academy consists of six integrated programs to meet the needs of young women and their families. The program includes an ambitious and personalized academic program focusing on college preparation; a complete physical conditioning program including fitness, yoga, dance, body awareness, movement and women’s health related issues; individual, group and family therapy; and a unique series of workshops for students, parents and families; an extensive community integration curriculum centering on the development of social, occupational, and life skills; and a unique humanities program integrating the visual and performing arts to enhance an understanding of self, community and history.
