After a summer away, Lynn and Angel are back this year and look forward to working with your children. Young People's Day Camps offers a safe and exciting summer of outdoor activity for your children. This summer will be our 40th in the New York/New Jersey metropolitan area.
Transportation Included:
Our central location enables us to pick up children from Bergen, Passaic, and Morris Counties, as well most of Essex county.
The location is a spectacular 55 acre camp, located in West Milford, NJ. It is surrounded by 500 acres of natural highlands and watersheds. Our magnificent 65 year old lakefront Lodge is where we eat, play and learn. Crystal clear Lake Hird is a beautiful 5 acre lake used for our waterfront activities. Ball fields, basketball courts and the tranquil hiking trails are also part of the grounds.
Our campers enjoy a stimulating combination of athletic and educational activities including swimming, boating, fishing, kickball, badminton, basketball, arts and crafts, music and talent shows. All under the close supervision of our certified and well trained staff. Our focus is on not only exposure to new activities but specific instruction by trained professionals as well.
Trips and Special Events:
Trips and special events are a small portion of what Young People's is all about. State Parks, Zoos & Baseball Games expose your children to fun, adventure, culture and wonderful learning experiences.
Parents love Young People's Day Camp because transportation is included in our affordable tuition. Tuition also includes activities, insurance, shirts, camp bag, trips and lunch.
