Through proper repetitions and game play, these clinics are designed to prepare the athlete physically and mentally for High school tryouts! Every day a different skill will be introduced in a positive learning environment. Team concepts such as passing, situational setting, directional hitting, blocking, digging, and different types of serving will be covered. Players will be challenged with different situations in addition to training in all positions. (9am - 12pm) Morning sessions are for beginner/intermediate levels 0-1 yr of school or club experience. (1pm - 4pm) Afternoon sessions are for intermediate to advanced levels 2+ yrs of school or club experience. Players will be divided up by age group during each session.
