Terrapin Adventures is up and running for its fourth summer. Our camp will bring out the adventure seeker in your child. Try and conquer our 43 foot Climbing Tower with 12 different climbing elements. These elements range from rock walls and cargo nets, to rope ladders and unique obstacles Face your fears while on our 50ft, 3 level High Ropes Challenge Course with 18 different challenges that range from rope bridges and logs, to mini zip lines and swings. Campers will also enjoy mountain biking through along the Savage Mill Trail and along the Patuxent River while exploring the historic area of its local flora and fauna. Campers will also test their GPS and geo-caching skills while searching for hidden treasures. Floating down the Patapsco River is a great way to beat the summer heat while also exploring the local environment. Campers will get a chance to work on their leadership skills as well as communication, trust, respect, decision making, self esteem while in an active outdoor setting.
