Summer Institute at St. Joseph’s is a summer academic program divided into classes for two age groups:
Middle School Program
For students currently in grades 5th, 6th and 7th grades (who will be entering grades 6, 7,and 8 for the 2015-2016 academic year).
High School Program
For students currently in grades 8th, 9th,10th and 11th grades (who will be entering grades 9, 10, 11 and 12 for the 2015-2016 academic year).
All classes are offered for both programs (except education which is offered only to the high school program). Age group programs divide classes, so Middle School students and high school students will have two distinct classrooms, teachers and depth of study.
All classes and curriculum are developed using one week long academic modules. In this way any student can start any course at any session. Students may also take more than one session, in the same class, with minimal repetition. Students may also attend multiple sessions, taking multiple classes, and extend their learning throughout the summer! We have special pricing for students who attend more than one session, as we want to encourage multi-session attendance. There are 3 - One week Sessions of each class.
