Welcome to Prairie School Road Farm LLC blog. We are located in East Central Missouri about one hour’s drive southwest of St. Louis, MO. Our farm is a four generation family farm. The land was originally settled via land grants in the early 1800’s on ridge top prairie. In addition to the old prairies we have scattered forest and a spring-fed creek running through the property. We have incorporated a managed intensive grazing system which works well for us. Owning a Morgan horse was a life-long dream of Val’s. Gary took that dream above and beyond to where we did breed our own line of Morgans.
