In today's modern world, the Camera is the thing! Visual communication skills are key to your child's academic experience. This is a three-day course led by professional photographer, Tom Upton. Based on photographic fundamentals of exposure, color and composition, your teen will learn how to use the controls of their camera to get better photographs. This is a stop-and-get-off-the-bus tour of Adobe Photoshop elements 6. We will cover photo editing techniques for online slideshows, Facebook and Flickr galleries. We will teach basic print making on common household color printers so your child can be a champ on the yearbook staff or with those semester-end project presentations. We also have some plain old fun with the joy of photography.
