Our experienced NC Staff provides the knowledge and supervision - but the outdoors is the big teacher. The importance of understanding and making use of children's different learning styles cannot be overstated. Our Staff specializes in mixed age learning. Nature Camps' 250 acre setting reflects its philosophy - a love of nature and adventure, combined with a love of learning. Designed for it's children, their present happy growth, and their soundly based future effectiveness, Nature Camps is a creative setting where inquiry and exploration support lifelong processes of education. Our program daily offers a broad range of activities. In a creative and guided setting, children choose activities in which they wish to participate. Summertime belongs especially to children.
