Wildwood is Mass Audubon’s overnight camp for outdoor exploration—a place where campers can be themselves and make new friends discovering the wonders of the natural world.
Wildwood is a place where kids age 9 to 17 can take a break from busy schedules, video games, cell phones, and all the distractions of everyday life and get outside to do what kids do best—have fun! Kids want to swim and play and hear stories told around a campfire.
At Wildwood, we do all of that and so much more. We venture into the great outdoors, track animals, build shelters, plant seeds, plot courses, and paint pictures. Equally important, we build a community where each person is an important part of the group and is valued and respected for his or her interests and contributions.
Campers learn that they possess important skills, can master challenges, and over time, they have the power to make a difference.
