To provide each staff member the opportunity to live their faith out before the campers. To treat each camper as a special individual that was created by God for His good.
Philosophy: Lone Tree uses the outdoors and adventure based programs to build trust, develop relationships and create an atmosphere for ministry. Providing daily activities that not only are fun, challenging and team building but are also the platform to convey and teach Biblical principles. Parallels and examples from the activity are drawn to illustrate Biblical truth. To view our positions as Servants and Stewards and realize all we have has come from the Lord, belongs to the Lord and we are only managing it for Him. We are stewards that are moreover required to be found faithful.
