For twenty-three years, The Livingston Parish Children's Choirs has brought joy and music education to the children in our community! Livingston Parish Children’s Choirs is an independent non-profit organization dedicated to bringing vocal training of the highest standards to the children of Livingston Parish and the surrounding area. We teach basic musicianship skills through quality vocal repertoire, including works by master composers, traditional folk music and contemporary works in english and foreign languages. We teach music reading, part-singing and vocal technique through both the Kodály and orff methodologies.
