Highland Retreat is a year-round Christian retreat and camp. It is located in the mountains of northern VA, just west of the Shenandoah Valley near Bergton. The 167 mostly forested acres lie close to the George Washington National Forest and offers scenic vistas as well as a wide variety of wildlife in its hills, streams, pond and fields. Highland Retreat is affiliated with the Virginia Mennonite Conference and is owned by the Highland Retreat Association. Summer youth camping programs include overnight, day, wilderness, intergenerational and soccer camps.
