(To present to athletes and coaches involved in golf and all whom they influence the challenge and adventure of receiving Jesus Christ as Savior and Lord, serving Him in their relationships and in the fellowship of the church. Capt. Bill Lewis, first Director of the FCA Golf Ministry, helps found the LPGA Fellowship group. LPGA Tour Pros who provided leadership include Murle Breer, Beth Stone, and Joyce Benson. First FCA Junior Golf Camp is held at Pine Needles Lodge & Country Club. "Bullet" & Peggy Kirk Bell, Tour Pro Larry Nelson, and Coach Conrad Rehling highlight the program for 28 junior golfers. 1980, First FCA "Breakfast with the Pros" is held during the Memorial Tournament in Columbus, OH. Tour Pro Larry Nelson is the featured speaker for the 170 in attendance.
