We use a combination of free time, intentional programming, and activities to add additional opportunities for growth among our participants. Self-awareness and the ability to effectively work with groups are critical skills for today’s world, and they are learned best through experience. Our non-competitive focus allows for our participants to feel safe and comfortable enough to take risks and learn something, while learning skills essential to effective collaboration.
