Performed in the early spring at a local theater, DanceScope is the annual CDA Company performance. DanceScope is a unique and creative performance presented by CDA’s Company Dancers. DanceScope provides everyone who enjoys dance an opportunity to experience the various dance arts and allows both you and your dancer to witness the high level of dance which CDA dancers obtain.
Choreography for this performance is developed in the weekly company classes. It is a unique pre-professional performance intended to showcase CDA’s company level dancers and certain select pre-company dancers. DanceScope is a highlight for any dance enthusiast and has proven to entertain and excite all personalities in the audience. Professional guest artists from around the region have been showcased along with some CDA’s instructors and of course there is a strong emphasis on the dedicated company dancers that devote most of their spare time to the art of dance!
