Camp Tuckaho is approximately 1-1/2 hours northwest of downtown St. Louis and one hour south of downtown Hannibal, Mo. Camp Tuckaho encompasses 525 acres of rolling hills and wooded valleys. Sycamore trees that measure up to 14 feet in circumference are found near the northern bluffs. Units have been developed to represent the heritage of this area and include covered wagons, log cabins, tree houses, winterized lodges, permanent tent units, primitive units and a day outing area. A swimming pool, the Anheuser-Busch Nature Center and Tuck Hall, an indoor recreation facility, are available for troop/group use. Charlotte Davis Lake provides boating and fishing. The Outdoor Adventure Course, a low and high ropes team initiative program, is available for Girl Scout Cadettes, Seniors and Ambassadors 12 years old and older. See Lead & Learn for more details.
