Camp Hobe' is a summer camp for kids with cancer (& similarly-treated disorders) and their siblings. We offer three camp programs each June:
* Kids week: a 5-day overnight resident camp for ages 7-11 years.
* Teen week: a 5-day overnight resident camp for ages 12-19 years.
* Day camp / Hobe' Juniors: a 2-day camp for ages 4-6 years. This session provides a day camp for 4- & 5-year-olds, with an overnight option for 6-year-olds.
We serve patients with these disorders and their siblings, from Utah and the surrounding referral area for Primary Children's Hospital. These children may attend Camp Hobe' while the patient is on active treatment (eg, chemotherapy, radiation therapy, immunosuppressants), and for 3 camp seasons after their last treatment.
