Kids love Galileo camps because they're really, really fun. But parents tell us what keeps them coming back is the impact our programs have on their campers' confidence, creativity and outlook on learning, long after the summer ends. Here's how we do it:
EXCEPTIONAL STAFF
Our process for hiring summer camp staff is rigorous—so rigorous that we hire less than 10% of applicants. We select candidates who are educators or have other leadership experience, invite the most enthusiastic and talented to join our team, then train this excellent group both before and throughout the summer. The result is summer camps staffed with caring, committed people who love working with kids and see Galileo as far more than just a summer job.
