Get more out of camp this summer! Voted Best Bay Area Camp and Educational Support Program 2009-2013 by BayAreaParent! At Camp Edmo, Pre-K—entering 4th grade kids build curiosity, confidence and kindness. Our Arts & Science, Animation and Nature sessions are designed by Edventure More in partnership with the California Academy of Sciences, Children’s Creativity Museum and MOCHA. Every week includes Costume Day, Wacky Water Day, Family Friday and The Edmo Vibe Game. Summer 2014 Arts & Science themes include Incredible Edibles, Magic & Medieval Times, Critterville and Planet Power.
Need camp in late July and August? Towards the end of summer, we host our Park program at or near regional parks. Another part of Camp Edmo, this camp features completely different weekly themes. Each theme revolves around local art, science, history or geography and includes nature hikes and special guest presenters. For our Pre-K—entering 1st grade campers, camp is host to special presentations that relate to the weekly theme. Entering 2nd-4th graders take field trips to local museums, wildlife centers and local organizations. 2014 Park program summer themes include Sprout About, Bay Champs, Smart Art and Sea Creatures.
New locations in San Francisco, Marin, Contra Costa, Alameda, Santa Clara and San Mateo counties. Camp runs the weeks of June 9 – August 29 and dates vary by location.
