Bridle Paths Summer Horse Camp was established in 2006 as an equine residential summer horse camp for girls aged 7 to 17. We limit campers to 16 per session. We have a 4:1 camper to counselor ration. Pony Club alumni, Rebecca Burns founded, owns and runs the camp, with the help of family, friends and staff our goal is to enhance the lives of children who have a passion for horses and riding.
At Bridle Paths Summer Horse Camp, we have created a positive equestrian environment that is safe, fun and rewarding for campers and their mounts. While at camp, they will have the opportunity to train with respected, qualified, knowledgeable instructors in dressage, hunter/stadium and cross county disciplines. Students and their mounts work-out and hone their riding skills in all three disciplines, personally selected by Rebecca. Having attended many Pony Club camps as a child, Rebecca designed this camp for any enthusiastic female rider to attend. We highly encourage you to bring your own horse to take advantage of the week-long training at our personalized camp, but if you don't have one...you can use one of ours.
Campers grow as leaders through group living and to learn to appreciate the value of horse ownership. Our motto is Ride, Respect, Responsibility. This is the foundation that we build upon. Our ultimate goal is to provide campers, their horses and our staff an experience that encourages confidence and self worth!
